🛍️ Return Timeframe
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this 3-day period, and Thrift Factry will not be held responsible for any return requests made after this timeframe.

📦 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or stains.

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or invoice) must be provided.

🚚 Return Process & Costs
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. In that case, please contact us immediately so we can assist you and cover the return charges if necessary.

Due to the unique and limited nature of our thrifted and reworked pieces, we strictly enforce the 3-day return policy. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
